    Terms & Conditions of Membership

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By completing the online registration form and submitting your membership application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Data Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with registration.

    2. Eligibility & Account Registration

    To qualify for a membership profile and manage an investment portfolio, applicants must:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete identifiable and contact information during registration.
    • Submit valid verification documents, including a National ID or Passport, as required by compliance regulations.
    • Maintain the security and confidentiality of any digital asset credentials or profile access keys.

    3. Investment & Financial Compliance

    Members must abide by the core operational and financial policies governing contributions and distributions:

    • Source of Funds: Members must formally declare that all allocated funds originate from legitimate, lawful sources. Classic Investments strictly prohibits money laundering or fraudulent financial activities.
    • Transactions: Contributions, fund allocations, and investment distributions will be executed exclusively through designated official financial institutions, custodian banks, or registered mobile money profiles.
    • Accuracy: Members are solely responsible for ensuring bank account and mobile money details provided are accurate. Classic Investments is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect user-submitted financial data.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    While Classic Investments employs robust technical safeguards to secure digital databases and asset credentials, investment market values fluctuate. Membership and portfolio performance are subject to market conditions. Classic Investments and its executive officials shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from market volatility, provided all statutory audits and fiduciary duties are executed in good faith.

    5. Profile Termination & Account Restrictions

    Members retain the right to request deletion or restriction of their data and profile, subject to active contractual or legal obligations with the group. Classic Investments reserves the right to suspend or terminate profiles if a member is found in violation of regulatory rules, statutory tax declarations, or fraudulent behavior.

    6. Amendments to Terms

    Classic Investments reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Official group updates, meeting notices, and amended terms will be communicated via the registered email address or statement reports. Continued participation in the group following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
